MAY 1, 2012 URBAN OUTFITTERS WELCOMED TO LONDON
Canadian Commercial Development Group ("Can. Com.") is pleased to welcome Urban Outfitters to downtown London, ON. Can. Com. was approached by Urban Outfitters in the fall of 2011 to source a location for their first southwestern Ontario store. After an exhaustive search Can. Com. has partnered with North Halton Holdings Inc. to secure a 10,000 s.f., 2 floor location at the corner of Richmond Street and Oxford Street in the north core section of London's downtown. As project manager Can. Com. has managed lease completion, space planning, construction budgeting and secured financing. The store is expected to open in fall 2012.
